Welcome to "THEWITCHONTHEBAYOU" - Subtitled, "Nothing is Impossible!"

All glory goes to God, Our Heavenly Father!

The title and subtitle of my Blog may seem contradictory.

"TheWitchontheBayou" is named after my successful debut action-thriller, The Rise and Fall of the Witch on the Bayou, (Publish America, Inc., 2001)--available at http://www.amazon.com/ and http://www.barnesandnoble.com/ and in bookstores all over the world.

My subtitle, "Nothing is Impossible," is named after a famous Bible text in the book of Luke (1:37 -- "With God nothing is impossible.") But as you read about my testimonies here on my blog (and links), hopefully you'll understand why I chose this title (and subtitle).

About Me

Witch on the Bayou: Downey, CA, United States; I'm the award-winning author of the action-thriller, "The Rise and Fall of the Witch on the Bayou," (Publish America, Inc., 2001). It is available at www.amazon.com, www.barnesandnoble.com, and in bookstores around the world, including India, Scotland, France, Germany, South Africa and New Zealand. My action-thriller is also available at Ebay, Barnes and Noble Bookstores, and Books-A-Million. I'm a third-time finalist with the VH-1 Song of the Year songwriting competition. (I placed last time in 2007 in the month of June in the pop category for my song, "Never the Same Again." www.songoftheyear.com). The story of my debut book is relevant to the events of Hurricane Katrina, because it revolves around a young Cajun girl (Stephanie LeBeque) who loses her home and family to a hurricane fire. I completed a successful "Bayou Book Tour" in 2002, where I appeared on TV morning shows and did book signings in major cities in Louisiana, where the book was set. I've penned a sequel to "Witch on the Bayou," entitled, "Return to the Bayou: Phantoms of the Past." My latest YA thriller is entitled, "Western Sunrise" and is packed with adventure, humor, and romance!
